Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Orders & Payments

All products are made fresh to order.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received in full or a 50 percent NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT has been made for large orders, catering/custom orders. Catering can only be booked via email. Final payment for catering/custom orders is due 7 days before any pickup or shipping or local delivery. Prices are subjected to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please review our REFUND POLICY for details

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

 PODUCT DISCLAIMER

Customers must disclose any food allergies BEFORE placing an order. Orders WILL NOT be processed or charged until this is confirmed. Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, gluten. While we take steps to avoid cross-contact, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

LIABILITY

By consuming our products, you agree that Coochie Crunch Cookies is not liable for any allergic reactions, medical issues, or damages resulting from improper storage handling, or consumption of our products.
